Terri Kelso opened her business in 2011 in Washington then expanded in 2014 with a second office in Loogootee.  She has over thirty years of insurance and financial experience and is involved in many local organizations including the Washington Rotary Club, Daviess and Martin County Chambers of Commerce, Martin County Alliance, the Odon Business Association and many more. Terri has been recognized for her volunteer work in the community and has previously served on the Daviess County Chamber of Commerce board, Women's Fund (of the Daviess County Foundation) board, Jr Achievement board, and the Washington Rotary Club Board (past President).  She has served as a mentor with the CEO Leadership Class since 2014 and is currently serving on their board.  Terri is one of the original founders of the Washington Community Concerts non-profit organization and continues to serve on their concert committee. 

Terri was presented with the prestigious Hagel Award in 2016 and was presented the Key to the City of Washington in 2017 from Mayor Joe Wellman for her contributions as co-chair with the Washington Bicentennial Celebration.  Terri also won the Readers Choice Award for Best Agent from the Washington Times Herald. Terri was honored to be the first recipient of the Washington Times Herald Women in Business Award for the Small Business/Entrepreneur category in 2019.
